Every week, Ailsa of Where’s My Backpack shares a travel theme. I’ve always wanted to respond but somehow, never got around to doing it. (Surprise, surprise! Haha)
This week, the theme is Peaks. I’ve never been atop one or even close to one, I think, but the theme did bring to mind some peaks I caught sight of during my trip to Spain.
Like this magnificent airplane view of I had on the flight to Barcelona from Frankfurt of the Alps. Somewhere out there is the Mont Blanc (which is not in Spain I know)!
We (dad and I) were on a hop-on hop-off bus in Granada when we caught sight of the Sierra Nevada in the distance.
Atop the forts of Alhambra, the view of a part of Granada was another breathtaking sight for me. Look at the mountain peaks almost kissing the clouds.
