Travel theme: Transport

This week’s travel theme by Where’s My Backpack is transport, and while I could share all my pictures of airplane views and train tracks and boat rides and what not, I thought I’d go a little off-track instead.

Here in India, one of the most common forms of public transport is the autorickshaw. Back when I would travel by auto every day, I sat down in one only to be faced with this popular question first thing in the morning.

The best part is, I don’t think the auto driver knew what his jacket signified. Definitely put a smile on my face.

I love a good bumper sticker as much as the next person. And I love a good pun even more. So when I was heading to the airport (which if you haven’t heard is a long ride here in Bangalore) and caught site of this bumper sticker, I couldn’t help but crack up.

Also, points for timing! (Not sure who these points go to though. Lol.)

Maybe it’s because I do a lot of proofreading at work or maybe I just like laughing at mistakes but I get a real kick out of typos. I mean, just chake this out:
