    1. I don’t think it matters whether you fit into a category. The attachment to the city and the memories you make are what count, according to me.

What do you miss most about the Bangalore?

      1. Trust me, that’s the best part… One of the best public transport services I’ve ever seen.. I used to come back home at around 7 or 8 p.m. by bus.. And with my earphones plugged in and the beautiful Bangalore weather, the 2 hour journey used to be like ‘makkhan’ 😀

      2. I haven’t travelled too much by bus in Bangalore so I’ll take your word on it. I don’t mean to put down my own city but I’m surprised you’re not complaining about traffic! That and the roads are some of our biggest problems. And of late, the weather has been uncharacteristically bad 😦 sigh.

  1. Hey!
Just a quick suggestion… Today, that is 24 April 2016 is ‘last’ day for celebration of one of Bengaluru’s oldest and continuously practised festival ‘karaga’. Don’t miss this traditional Bengaluru’s cultural fest!!
Good luck (& take care since the celebration takes place in the night)

    1. Hey Jayanth, thank you so much for your suggestion. Can you tell me where I can check out the festival, if there is a particular place? Would love some more details!

      1. Dharmarayaswamy temple in Thigalarapete is the main place. Since its procession we can see the celebration in other places too and it will be from midnight to early morning . Google will provide more info in that case regarding particular places and timings !

      2. Ohhh I wish I knew earlier. That sounds so nice but midnight today might not be a possibility for me 😦 let me run a Google search anyway. Thanks again Jayanth 🙂 If you’ve got anymore suggestions, do keep me posted.

  2. I have to say I can relate to what you said about not feeling like a “local” yet. I’ve never felt like a locl anywhere I’ve lived!

I wish you fun and joyful discovery as you (finally) explore your designated hometown. 🙂
